Kangaroo revisited

After the fourteen year litigation between E. Martin and himself over the rights to J.H.Cutter Whiskey, old A. P. Hotaling took nothing to chance and thoroughly trademarked his products, regardless of their location around the globe. In this instance, he established the claim of trademarks for his Kangaroo Whiskey in the provincial offices of New South Wales, Australia.
