  2. Incredible Miller's Photo, Dale!!!

Here I am trying to collect a few decent pairings (DUO's) and then realize that there are indeed a few TRIO Pairings out there as well! That has got to be the nicest "Whiskey Trio" that one could ever assemble....unless there are small design and large design John Van Bergen flasks out there somewhere!?!?

Thank you for this Christmas gift, which will now serve as my new computer background shot ;)

A MERRY, MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!

May 2010 yield solid friendships, continued Whiskey blog write-ups, and some EPIC DIGS....

  3. I am tryng to think of other "trio" possibilities. There are a few tooled top trios...Phoenix, Taussig,Roth. Each would need to be a combination of glop, and tooled though. The Cutter line has a posibility, flasks, and fifth, but not same embossing pattern. Lilienthal comes close, but not the same embossing on the fifth. It's a tough deal, other than the Millers. M.E.

  4. Interesting photo of your three examples of the Miller's bottles. The small circle flask has a very different lettering style than the fifth & large circle flask. Great photo of some very beautiful and desirable western glass.

That's a keen eye you have there. Most collectors dont realize thar the small circle Miller's does not have curved "R"s !
